STEP 1- Draw 2 rectangles of same size, inclined to each other.
STEP 2 - Draw 2 vertical lines parallel to each other, just at the below intersection point of rectangles.
STEP 3 - Make inclined lines to make sleeves and lower part of shirt.
STEP 4 - Make circles for buttons.
STEP 5 - Draw haphazard designs on either side of shirt. (optional)
